The Masters Degree in Cognitive Neuroscience is aimed at supplying an university education related to the function of Clinical Neuropsychology, Cognitive Psychology, and the research methodology applied to cognitive neuroscience.
The English training is aimed at developing an advanced theoretical and practical knowledge on the interpretative and evaluative models of cognitive functions and of their changes in the lifespan, with a reference to their biological bases too, and during the typical and atypical development. Evaluation methods are dealt with international tools for the measurement of cognitive functions and their disorders. The course is not limited to another language, but it spreads the themes of neuroscience, cognitive psychology, and cognitive disorders to different cultural and linguistic environments. The behaviour subject of the research is revealed with phenomena connected to characteristics of perceptive processes interacting with the cultural and linguistic environment. The student will acquire the skills needed to perform a cognitive evaluation in various social contexts.
