Course program
In the introductory lesson, a general vision of the clinical care problems of the entire obstetric and gynecological sector will be given. Subsequent lessons will be aimed at: Informing about the problems of the birth process as a path of integration between the territory and the hospital; give information on the evolution of labor and delivery assistance in emergency conditions; give information on the main causes of caesarean section and the resulting implications; give information in relation to the main pathologies of pregnancy; provide basic knowledge for understanding the anatomy of the female genital system in relation to gynecological pathologies; possess basic knowledge of the main oncological pathologies of women; give information in relation to surgical procedures in gynecological pathology; ovarian cycle; female genital anatomy; definitions relating to assisted procreation main pathologies of pregnancy; main benign gynecological pathologies; knowledge of the typology of gynecological tumors; assistance with vaginal birth; major complications of childbirth; cesarean section; causes and management of gynecological and obstetric hemorrhage; surgical assistance for gynecological pathologies and cesarean sections.
