Course program
Nutritional assessment: (a) anamnestic data collection; (b) collection of data on behaviour and eating habits; (c) assessment of body composition; (d) detection of the presence of physical signs related to the state of nutrition; (e) estimation of the intake of energy, nutrients and other food components Development of dietary patterns with pre-determined energy and nutrient content and list of food exchanges Estimation of nutritional requirements of healthy individuals for age groups Development of nutritional plans for healthy individuals in various physiological situations Participation in conferences, webinar and fad courses related to the profession
Prerequisites
Students must have passed the first-year internship examination.
