THE PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITY IN PUBLIC CONSTRUCTION WORK EXERCISES AND WORKSHOPS During the course we will analyze the acts of the Autorità Nazionale Anticorruzione and / or decisions of the Consiglio di Stato on public works. As part of the course they will be scheduled seminars whose contents will be part of the review program.

During the course will be distributed the lecture notes by the teacher, updated to the new legislation on public works. The handouts can be downloaded from the google classroom website.

Not mandatory.

The exam includes: 1. the answer (in writing) to two questions about the exam program. Up to 10 points are awarded for each question. To be admitted to the oral exam it is necessary to achieve at least 11 out of 20 points; 2. the oral examt, which may also take place on a date other than the written test, consists in the discussion of an act of the National Anti-corruption Authority, assigned to each student during the course (for students not attended, the act can be requested by e-mail before the exam).
