Course objectives
ADE Prof. Fiorina Giona Ability to understand and know coaculopathies, acute and chronic cardiovascular diseases potentially responsible for acute critical illness and highly transmissible infectious diseas. Ability to apply the acquired knowledge in order to acknowledge emergency situatios and to prevent high-risk situations. Ability to analyze and evaluate situations using acquired knowledge. Ability to transmit very clearly information, ideas, questions and answers to both specialista and non-specialist people. Develop the skills and tools necessary to undertake further studies.

Prerequisites
In order to understand the teaching content and to achieve the learning objectives, before completing the planned seminar activities the student must have followed the lessons related to the teaching object of the ADE.
Books
The teacher responsible for the ADE makes available handouts and scientific articles to the students.
Frequency
As reported in the art. 4 of the Regulations for the institutional positions of the health professions study courses "the elective teaching activity (ADE) constitutes an integral part of the training curriculum, attendance is mandatory."
Exam mode
The verification of the achievement of the defined training objectives and then the verbalization of the acquired CFU takes place through a test to which the students are subjected at the end of the ADE.
Lesson mode
The teacher provides seminar activities using traditional methods, with audiovisual aids and with scheduling of the same as planned and agreed with the UdP of the CdS.
