Programme The X-ray beam Radiological optics. The radiological image. Image definition. Space and temporal parallasse. The magnification and gradient of images. Anatomical planes. Reception, interpretation of the request and positioning of the patient for the execution of the various X-ray projections The concept of image and radiological projection X-ray projections: orthogonal and oblique The main axes of the human body The anatomo-radiological section planes of the body The positions of the body in a radiological system Overview of the simple anatomy of bones, joints and their topographic position Standard and Special x-ray techniques of the osteo-articular apparatus: skull cervical, dorsal and lombosacral spine and coccyx scapular swingog, hemero-joint of the elbow, joint of the wrist, hand, fingers of the hand, pelvic cinchol-femur, knee-kneecap joint, tibia and tibio-tarsic perone-articulation, foot-toes, thoracic skeleton-Thoracic Parenchima X-ray techniques of the osteo-articular system in urgencies, stretchered and/or polytraumatized patients Special x-ray techniques of the osteo-articular apparatus TSRM CODE OF ETHICS At the end of the lessons in the classroom practical exercises in the diagnostic room
Prerequisites
It will be necessary for the student to have acquired the knowledge of Human anatomy and physics

Modalità di svolgimento 1. Lectures and lessons in telematic mode 2. Practical exercises in small groups managed by the Tutor 3. Practical internship at the Traditional Radiology Sections
Exam mode
Evaluation methods The exam will take place through an Oral exam with the Teacher and the Internship Tutor and will focus on the following topics that will also include the knowledge obtained from the basic courses of the first year of the course: The X-ray Beam / Traditional Radiology Equipment Exposure parameters Radiological optics. The radiological image. Anatomical planes. Radiodiagnostic projection concept Standard and Special X-ray projections of the entire Skeletal System. Interpretation of the correctness criteria of x-ray projections. Management and reception, interpretation of the request and positioning of the patient for the execution of the various x-ray projections Ethical Principles of the Profession and Code of Ethics Principles of Radiation Protection The assessment will be based on the ability demonstrated by the student in the presentation in terms of knowledge and skills achieved, synthesis skills, critical skills. The final grade will be expressed out of thirty.
