Curriculum
Graduated in Computer science, for more then 35 years he consulted in Business Organization, Information Systems and ICT Project/Service Quality Management.
Previously as director of ICT sme and actually as partner of P.R.S. Planning, Ricerche e Studi (an Italy based professional firm on consultant, IT, monitoring and training), he manages and monitors large ICT innovation projects, both in Government and Business industries.
He is professor on Business Information Systems in the Computer Science Dept of “Sapienza” - Rome University, he also teached for the academic Master in ICT Governance and Audit and for various seminars to Government personnel.
He co-authored papers about “Quality in web sites of Italian Public Administration”, while more recently he contributed to the Guidelines for Quality ICT Procurement edited by Government Agency for ICT and about He is co-author book “Project Life Cycle Economics”, edited by Massimo Pica, Gower and several papers on project management.
He’s certified Prince2 V2 practitioner, Lead auditor for IT service management ISO-IEC 20000-1, ITIL V3, Lead auditor ISO/9001 for quality service evaluation, Project Manager and ICT Project Manager certified Accredia.
He’s directive committee member of ISIPM (Italian Institute for Project Management) and ISACA (Information System Auditing and Control Association).
