Nursing REPLICA I - I.F.O.

The student at the end of the 3rd year of the course must  Identify individual needs and problems that require nursing care in highly specialized areas;  Plan and provide assistance to solve problems and meet needs;  Define the priorities of interventions on the basis of care needs, organizational needs and the optimal use of available resources, activating the necessary interventions to manage acute and / or critical situations, evaluating their effectiveness and documenting nursing assistance;  Use the delegation appropriately and assign tasks that can be delegated to the support staff, supervising their activities;  Making care decisions, consistent with the legal and ethical dimension of the profession, the patient's preferences and values, research results and available resources;  Use integration tools (guidelines, procedures, care protocols, standard care plans) and research by analyzing the results and identifying the application possibilities to improve nursing practice;  Enhance the residual abilities of the assisted person helping them to achieve the greatest possible autonomy in relation to age and physical and / or mental conditions;  Design and manage educational interventions aimed both at promoting healthy lifestyles and modifying those at risk and at educating caregivers in the autonomous management of the problems of the assisted person; contribute to the learning of colleagues in training;  Ensure that the person receives and understands information on their health status, supporting the learning of patients and contact persons for the self-management of care problems;
