Course objectives

Electing Teaching Activity (according to student's choice) Students will examine topics of specific interest to become more competent in their field of study. They can acquire these loans (maximum 6)with monographic courses, seminars and congresses or meetings, also organized by the Course itself or by the Faculty.

Course program
Module program: Introduction to the course - the motor system; the sensory system; the cranial nerves; cerebrovascular diseases; movement disorders; neuromuscular diseases; symbolic functions and dementia; consciousness and its disorders; epilepsy and sleep disorders; neurophysiological diagnostics; infectious diseases and liquor analysis; multiple sclerosis and demyelinating diseases; headaches.
Prerequisites
Knowledge of the anatomical-functional organization of the central and peripheral nervous system. Basic concepts of pathology and pathophysiology of diseases of the central and peripheral nervous system. Basics of neuropharmacology.
