Health Professions of Technical Sciences (diagnostic)

The course reconstructs the evolution of socio-economic and labour systems, through the critical analysis of some historical perspectives and the succession of related theories, from classical to contemporary ones, up to the description of the current context, providing an articulate toolbox for the analysis and understanding of organisational phenomena. The following thematic nuclei will be explored in depth: 1) Socio-economic systems; 2) The Fordist paradigm; 3) Complex organisational systems; 4) Human resource management and the labour market; 5) Corporate design and organisational behaviour.
