METHODS AND INSTRUMENTS FOR PROJCT AND CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT The objective of the course is to provide the knowledge of the complex process management techniques, either at the design level – Project Management – and at the operational level – Construction Management – with particular reference to the roles of the different players, to the management instruments (WBS, Gantt, PERT, budgeting and budgetary control, cost control and quality assurance, risk analysis, verbalization and reporting), to the tender strategies and rules, to the direction and management of the construction site, till the testing and commissioning of the architecture.
