The course aims to provide students with a complete and updated knowledge, also in terms of evolution and in the light of economic and regulatory variables, with reference to the law of listed companies. At the end of the course: 1. Knowledge and understanding skills The student must demonstrate the acquisition of a basic knowledge of the listed companies law. 2. Knowledge and understanding applied The student must demonstrate the ability to apply the knowledge learned to concrete cases. 3. Autonomy of judgement The student must demonstrate that he/she has developed legally founded ideas. 4. Communication skills The student must demonstrate that he or she has acquired the ability to argue and the property of legal language. 5.
