We offer an internship at the Istituto Superiore di Sanità (National Institute of Health) in the field of computational chemistry and the study of chemical toxicity mechanisms. These activities involve the development, use, and evaluation of methods based on structure-activity relationships (QSAR/SAR), grouping approaches, and read-across, applied to different classes of chemicals for chemical hazard identification. We focus on chemical reactivity for genotoxicity and carcinogenicity endpoints, integrating both scientific research and regulatory activities.
