Frequency
Attendance is not imperative, but it is strongly recommended because classroom discussion of the main constitutional institutions and the decisions of the courts of cassation, constitutional courts, and administrative courts requires ongoing dialogue in order to be understood. Participation in in-person activities may be considered a positive factor in the student's evaluation.
Exam mode
To pass the exam, students must demonstrate knowledge of the sources of law, their hierarchy, and their separation by jurisdiction; they must also recognize the guarantees provided for constitutional rights. Knowledge of the constitutional bodies (Parliament, Government, Constitutional Court, judiciary, President of the Republic), their roles, and the relationships between constitutional bodies is considered essential and therefore necessary to pass the exam.
The grade will take into account not only these minimum requirements, but also the student's reasoning skills, the language used, and the clarity of the presentation.
Lesson mode
The lesson is conducted in a lecture format. The teacher often asks students to participate, either by discussing texts chosen together in previous lessons or by working with students to reconstruct the legal institutions covered in the course.
Depending on classroom availability, seminars on current topics related to the subject will also be held.
