The course aims to offer in addition to the basic institutional and theoretical preparation of national anti-mafia legislation, also the teaching of a method of study of the practical issues of the procedure in the field of personal and property prevention measures, to be addressed in a critical key, through the constant help of reading the commented codes and the jurisprudence of the European Court of Human Rights.
