The course focuses on some fundamentals topics for engineer profession; these arguments are exclusively treated in the context of ‘Edile-Architettura’ educational path. As a matter of fact both independent professional and engineer employee by building firm or public bodies needs to know civil and public law with particular reference to right of ownership and its limitations (restrictions, expropriation).
