You are never alone at Sapienza! There is an office for every need you may have.
- For general information you can turn to the HELLO Office;
- For administrative procedures contact the relevant Student Affairs Offices; All administrative procedures (fees, part-time, transfers, etc.) are detailed in the Student Regulations.
- For academic issues (lesson time, schedule, exams, etc.) go to the SORT Office or use the on-line Infostud Platform;
- For technical support click on Infostud Platform
- For students with international degrees

Activate your mailbox
Once enrolled, you can apply for the Sapienza e-card. It allows you to access the 24-hour Reading Rooms and receive discounts at shops, cinemas, museums, libraries, etc. More information

Libraries, 24H Reading rooms
Sapienza libraries offer you 50 libraries with about 6000 seats, 2,700,000 resources including books, magazines, films and other media, and 300,000 eBooks. Click on Library Information

- One hundred thousand square metres for you to practice sports such as soccer, swimming, yoga, fitness, martial arts, archery, tennis, athletics, team sports and many others. The Tor di Quinto facilities (easily reachable by free shuttle) and the pitch in Via Osoppo run by Centro Sapienza Sport include a swimming pool 33 metres in length, an athletics track and futsal courts in GreenSet. The skeleton of a sperm whale, 2 Neanderthals found in Rome, 1,200 plaster casts, 1 million plants at the Herbarium, 34,000 minerals, 1,000 fossils, a dispensary, the dish of the first pharaoh of the II Dynasty, the spectrograph used by Enrico Fermi, 750 boxes of lepidopterans…you may find all this wealth in the 18 Sapienza museums.
The Sapienza Museum Network also includes the extraordinary Botanical Garden and a contemporary art laboratory.
