Course program
The principles of the Circular Economy and sustainable development and sustainable use of resources. The 17 SDGs of the United Nations 2030 agenda. Natural resources and from recycling actions. Renewable and non-renewable resources. Principles of industrial symbiosis. Definition and recovery of recycled materials and the principles of Urban Mining. Natural solid materials: classification of raw materials and regulatory aspects. Characterization and quality of natural materials. Characterization and quality of construction waste and products resulting from demolition actions. Comminution of CDWs: principles, processes and logic of control and analysis. Classification of CDWs: principles, processes and logic of control and analysis. Separation of CDWs: principles, processes and logic of control and analysis. CDWs selection: principles, processes and control and analysis logic. Intended use of recycled aggregates. Analysis of circuits for the valorization of CDW.
