Course program
Basis of occupational epidemiology. Basis of toxicology and health risks assessment due to chemical agents exposure. Epidemiology of occupational infections and risks assessment by biological agents. Health risks due to physical agents. Evaluation of work-related stress. Basics of ergonomics, health risks related to erroneous postures and exposure to video terminals. Protection of workers from occupational risks: individual and collective preventive measures. Training and information of workers about safety. Case studies.
