To take the module, it is recommended but not necessary to have an introduction to C programming textbook available.

Frequency
Classes will be delivered two/three times a week and will last two hours each.
A schedule of lectures during the course will be updated on the course website.
N.B. Lectures will be concentrated in the first half of the semester.
Exam mode
The exam consists of a written test aimed at assessing:
- Knowledge of the constructs of C
- Ability to compute the output of a program execution given a given input
- Ability to define an algorithm that solves a specific problem
- Ability to write programs in the C language
A minimum score of 18/30 on the written test must be obtained to obtain a pass mark.
