Those wishing to take more than four exams during the extraordinary examination session may register by contacting the lecturer responsible for the exam directly and copying the President of the CAD. The message serves as an exam registration and does not require approval.
The email subject line should be: “Exam registration – extraordinary examination session”.
Please register only for exams you actually intend to take.
Please note that Erasmus and Free Mover students, as well as students participating in activities within the framework of DiSCo Lazio, cannot be issued certificates or statements confirming the completion of individual exam modules that have not been officially recorded.
Only examinations that have been officially recorded in the student’s academic record, in accordance with University procedures, will be considered valid and may be certified.

Booking form to be completed by October 9 at 8:00 a.m.
Completion of the form is required in order to take the examination; simply registering for the exam session through the Infostud system is not sufficient.

Important Notice
If it is not possible to register for an exam session through the Infostud system, after confirming the issue with the instructor, please send a request to the Teaching office at segr.didattica@di.uniroma1.it
In the subject line, please write “Appello mancante in Infostud” (“Exam session missing from Infostud”). In the body of the email, please specify:
- the degree programme;
- the academic year in which you enrolled in the first year;
- the course;
- the instructor with whom you intend to take the exam.
This information is necessary to allow the issue to be resolved.
Students are hereby informed that teaching activities for the first semester will be suspended from Wednesday, October 28 to Tuesday, November 3, 2026.
Extraordinary Examination Session – Academic Year 2025/2026
The second extraordinary examination session for the 2025/2026 academic year will take place from October 7 to November 5, 2026.
The examination schedule will be published as soon as it becomes available, together with information on how to register for the examinations.

If you are unable to register for an exam in the Infostud system, please follow these steps:
Email Subject: “Missing Exam in Infostud”
Email Content:
Include the academic year of your first enrollment,
the course name,
the name of the professor for the exam you wish to take.
Send the request to the educational office to resolve the issue: segr.didattica@di.uniroma1.it
Please use the attached form to justify your absence from work or to certify that you have taken an exam.
Complete all sections of the form and ask the lecturer with whom you took the exam to sign it.
After the lecturer signs it, send it to our office no later than a few days after the exam date.
We will affix the Department stamp to confirm its validity.
