EUROPEAN UNION LAW
Course objectives
The subject foresees the study of the evolution of the European integration process; the open nature of the order, the fundamental principles, the legal nature of the EU, the relations with the Member and competence of the Comunity; sources and European acts, the Charter of Fundamental Rights and European citizenship. Will also be studied the internal market and the four freedoms with particular reference to the profession and the judicial casuistry concerning fashion the European area of freedom, security and justice; border controls and immigration policies that affect specific fashion. At the end of the course the student will have also gained an initial ability to learn and update knowledge in the field of European Union law.
