PUBLIC LAW FOR SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT

Course objectives

Knowledge of the fundamental institutions of Italian and European public law and of the related sources of law, together with the more specific one concerning the deepening of the legal profiles of environmental responsibility and sustainable development. The teaching, in the awareness of proposing a legal subject to students who do not follow this type of study, intends above all to offer the tools constituted by the basic method and terminology, necessary to face and understand the further knowledge. The course also aims to promote and improve discursive skills and oral presentation of the topics under study and also to foster critical skills with respect to problems related to legal issues of public importance, important for every professional and in any case for an aware participation to the political, economic and social organization of one's own country, within the European framework.
