Course program
Photographical, drawing, and digital documentation; 2 weeks archaeological excavation; survey; database management; web site; Archaeological Webstorage; visits and guided tours; museum activities including conservation and catalogue; pottery and objects drawings; recording of archaeological items; editing of texts and images; site presentation; archaeological house managing; European Projects implementation and surfacing.
Prerequisites
Key competences concerning Near East and Phoenician-Punic archaeology are important.

Teaching mode
Internships will take place at the laboratories of the Dept. ISO, the Museum of the Near East, Egypt and the Mediterranean of Sapienza, and the archaeological excavations of Mothia, Tell es-Sultan/Jericho (Palestine) and Khirbet al-Batrawy (Jordan).
Attendance is mandatory to achieve expected learning outcomes.
