Course program
The course program includes: 1. Fundamentals and ethical and deontological principles of the profession; 2. Law No. 18/1989 and the Deontological Code: structure, goals, practical applications; 3. Sanctions and disciplinary procedures; 4. Protection of the client (confidentiality and professional secrecy, informed consent); 5. Protection of the professional towards colleagues (collegiality); 6. Protection of the professional group (professional decorum and dignity); 7. Responsibility towards society.

The course requires a good knowledge of Italian and a good knowledge of English

Exam mode
The practical test will consist of a multiple-choice test related to a proposed case on which students must trace the types of code violations and possible disciplinary measures
Lesson mode
The course is delivered through three main modes: Synchronous delivery didactics, i.e., live lectures, webinars and online meetings that allow immediate interaction between faculty and students; Asynchronous delivery didactics, i.e., video lectures, audiovisual materials and documents that can be consulted at any time to encourage flexible and autonomous study; Interactive didactics with individual and group hands-on activities.
