Course objectives
The test consists in the discussion of a topic before a commission composed according to the current regulations. The theme will be agreed with a teacher of one of the subjects carried out during the three-year course. The graduating student must present a paper on the topic under discussion. The student will have three sessions available for each degree for each academic year. These ordinary sessions are scheduled for July, October and December of each year. In addition, an extraordinary session will be scheduled in March according to the provisions of the University. To participate in the degree sessions, the student must submit the application to the student secretariat in the ways and times that are indicated in the didactic calendar for each academic year published on the website of the Department of Political Sciences http://www.disp.uniroma1.it / The commission will be able to award a minimum of 0 and a maximum of 5 points from the starting score calculated by the arithmetic average of the marks of the exams foreseen by its course with the addition of a bonus of 2 points for the students who will participate in the Erasmus plus project , if scholarship winners, and with the addition of further points depending on the time frame within which the title will be acquired (details are available on the website of the Department of Political Sciences).
