Curriculum

Architect and Engineer, Ph.D.
Professor of Production and management of built environment at Sapienza University of Rome.

He conducts research in the fields of building energy systems and environmental control.
His work primarily focuses on enhancing energy efficiency in buildings, the automated and digital management of microgeneration networks, and the development of advanced digital models and processes for the sustainable management and optimization of the built environment.
He has served, and continues to serve, as principal investigator on several national and international research projects in the areas of energy efficiency, environmental sustainability, and the digitalization of the built environment.
He holds teaching positions at the Faculty of Civil and Industrial Engineering, Master's Degree Program in Energy Engineering, Master's Degree Program in Safety Engineering and at the Faculty of Architecture, Bachelor's Degree Program in Project Management.

From 2001 to 2023 he has been a professor of Building physics and building energy systems at Sapienza University of Rome.
From 2002 to 2008 he has been a professor of Technical Systems at the Officers School of Military Engineers of Rome.
From 2010 to 2023 he has been a professor at the School of Specialization in Architectural and Landscape Heritage at Sapienza University of Rome.
