• The public budget and rules of the fiscal constitution

I. Cultural goods and activities in economic analysis:

  (iv) Cultural goods and activities in social welfare
II. Objectives and evaluation of public policies:
  (i) Accounting for cultural welfare
  (ii) Cost–benefit analysis and cost-effectiveness analysis
