Further notice to the students attending my course on "Islamic cultures in subsaharan Africa" (27 / 02 / 2026)

Next Monday's class (March 2nd) is cancelled due to an overlap with a degree program board I am required to attend. 
I apologize for the inconvenience. Classes will resume regularly on Thursday, March 5th.

NOTICE FOR GLOBAL HUMANITIES STUDENTS (21/02/2026)
 
The course of Islamic cultures in sub-Saharan Africa will start regularly on Monday, February 23th, at 4 p.m. All lectures will take place at Marco Polo Building (RM021), 3rd floor, Circonvallazione Tiburtina, 4 - Rome (00185):
on Mondays from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. at room "Laboratorio 3"
on Thursdays from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at room "Laboratorio 2" 
Students attending the course on "Islamic cultures in sub-Saharan Africa" (2025-2026) and/or wishing to take the relevant exam are encouraged to register on the course web page on the e-learning platform (moodle) as soon as possible. All the teaching material that is required for the exam is specified and made available there. It is also through this platform that they will receive any communication related to the course and to the relevant exam during the term.

In order to register, they will have to enter their Sapienza/Infostud ID and password; besides, they will be asked a key which will be provided by the teacher both in class and (upon request) by e-mail.
