THREE-DIMENSIONAL MODELING
Course objectives
At the end of the course the student must be able to: Understand the logic of the historical-economic and cultural context in the health organization, with reference to the perspective of the population and the social determinants of health. Describe collaborative approaches in assessing the needs of the individual and the community that can help in identifying health problems, community resources and early identification of high-risk and vulnerable situations. Know and describe the most effective and appropriate intervention strategies in vulnerable populations (frail elderly, with addiction problems, psychophysical disabilities). Use different communication models to the person, to the family, to the community. Identify the peculiarities of the relationship of help to the individual, to significant people and to the social context in which it is inserted. Activate, manage and encourage, also in collaboration and as a team, the process of personalization of care through the relational dimension of the same.
