Course program
The course, in consideration of the reduced number of credits (1), aims to provide students with a basic knowledge of labor law and, in particular, of work performed in the health sector, deepening the analysis of the fundamental aspects of the individual relationship of work (sources, establishment, management and termination of the relationship). A fundamental institution of trade union law will also be studied (the collective agreement of the S.S.N. Comparto).

G. Pezzella, S.Di Rubba Manuale di Legislazione Sanitaria e di Diritto del Lavoro 2018 (recommended) or alternatively any other up-to-date labor law textbook
Frequency
methods of recording attendance and attendance thresholds as from the degree course regulations
Exam mode
The final exam on teaching is held in oral form and the evaluation is expressed with a mark out of thirty (from 18 to 30), with possible honors. The criteria for the evaluation of the oral exam take into account the correctness of the contents, clarity of argument and the skills of critical analysis and re-elaboration.
Lesson mode
The course is developed through lectures with traditional methods relating to the aspects of the discipline that are relevant and indispensable for the achievement of the specific educational objectives of the teaching and global of the course of study. Power point presentations useful for improving the effectiveness of teaching can be used during the lessons.
