The course, in consideration of the small number of credits (1), aims to provide students with a basic knowledge of public law and essential knowledge of the Italian legal system. During the lessons, the most significant legal institutions that are the basis of the national system will be illustrated. Particular attention will be paid to the concept of the state, its organization and its various forms, with particular reference to the welfare state and its elements, and on a specific focus on the right to health. The analysis will also focus on the main constitutional apparatus

methods of recording attendance and attendance thresholds as from the degree course regulations

The final exam on teaching is held in oral form and the evaluation is expressed with a mark out of thirty (from 18 to 30), with possible honors. The criteria for the evaluation of the oral exam take into account the correctness of the contents, clarity of argument and the skills of critical analysis and re-elaboration.

The course is developed through lectures with traditional methods relating to the aspects of the discipline that are relevant and indispensable for the achievement of the specific educational objectives of the teaching and global of the course of study. Power point presentations useful for improving the effectiveness of teaching can be used during the lessons.
