Program presentation The changes in work organization, in particular the procedure more flexible organization of work and human resource management more individual and more results-oriented, have a profound effect on security issues or, more generally, the "well-being" in the workplace. A beyond the drama of human nature, related to accidents at work and occupational diseases, an organization and a healthy and safe working environment are factors that improve the performance of the economy and businesses. The "non-quality" of work results in loss of productive capacity in the economy and in the costs of compensation and benefits whose cost burdens on businesses and the local authority. The efficient management of health and safety, as well as representing a specific requirement of a regulatory nature, must therefore be understood as an important target for the overall management of a company. The Decree-Law n° 81/08, as amended provides for a participatory intervention of various players along with the employer operate in synergy in the pursuit of the state of psychological well-being of the worker from which they derive advantages in terms of improved productivity and optimization of human and material resources. The course aims to complete the picture of the essential elements needed for a correct approach to the profession of technical management of prevention and to better define its employability in the context of processes in the company.
