LEGAL MEDICINE MODULE PROGRAM Definition of health professions, principles of medical ethics, professional secrecy, duties of health personnel, professional profile, Insurance legal medicine professional liability of the health worker in criminal, civil, administrative matters, health act and medical act, communication and information to the patient, consent, qualifications of the practitioner of a health profession for the purposes of the law, duties of the health worker, obligation to provide assistance, obligation to inform the judicial authority, classification of personal injuries, forensic pathology, rules for the determination and certification of death, brain death, notes of forensic thanatology.

Knowledge of anatomy, pathological anatomy and pathophysiology
