Application of Evidence and Outcome Monitoring • Translation of evidence into concrete nursing interventions (NIC) and care plans. • Monitoring and evaluation of nursing outcomes (NOC). • Ethical aspects of nursing research: informed consent, privacy protection, data integrity, and professional responsibility.
