Course objectives

At the end of the course of processes of care, the student must be able to: Know the main elements of the nursing service, work organization and management of resources. Know the organizational systems of nursing care in health facilities. Acquire the ability to analyze respond to the needs of nursing, assessing the relationships between benefits, risks and costs. Acquiring the ability to help organize the total nursing care through the establishment of priorities and the appropriate use of available resources, delegating tasks to employees of competence, ensuring continuity and quality of care. Acquiring the ability to use tools and methods of evaluation and review of quality of care.
