Course program
At the end of the module, the student possesses the knowledge and ability to understand: the physiology of the female reproductive system in various stages of life, the physiology of sexual function, human reproduction, and the initial phenomena of pregnancy, the general principles of pathophysiology and pathology of human reproduction, with particular reference to menstrual cycle alterations and fertility, with brief mentions of medically assisted procreation methods.
Prerequisites
Students will need to have a solid foundation in human physiology.
Books
The study will be based on slides provided by the teacher.
Teaching mode
The lessons will be frontal/traditional.
Frequency
Attendance at classes is mandatory
Exam mode
Techers for the individual modules of the integrated course will have the option, in consultation with the students, of conducting an ongoing exam. The exam will be an oral exam.
