Course program
The second year internship aims to:
Achieve operational autonomy in carrying out specific analyzes of the headquarters laboratory
of the internship (Clinical Pathology - Pathological Anatomy - Microbiology) and knowing how to collaborate with
daily laboratory management.
The internship is viewed by a tutor according to a program he has drawn up himself.
Prerequisites
Fundamentals of biology, biochemistry, microbiology, and human anatomy
Basic knowledge of physiology, immunology, and general pathology

During the internship, the tutor provides the protocols referring to the techniques of the laboratory concerned e
the student will have to deepen the knowledge on the texts that are adopted by the respective teachers
of Clinical Pathology - Pathological Anatomy - Microbiology
Teaching mode
The internship of the student consists in attending each laboratory according to a shift schedule organized by the Didactic Director.
Hours to attend in the laboratory 250 - first semester - 10 CFU
Hours to attend in the laboratory 250 - second semester - 10 CFU
Frequency
The student must have completed 100% of the internship hours.
Exam mode
At the end of the internship, the student will have to take an exam including a written test with
open questions and / or multiple choice questions and an oral exam.
Lesson mode
The internship of the student consists in attending each laboratory according to a shift schedule organized by the Didactic Director.
