ASSISTANCE TO THE HEALTHY AND PATHOLOGICAL NEWBORN Definition and classification of the term and preterm infant Physiological characteristics and adaptation of the newborn to extrauterine life Care of the newborn at term and preterm in the delivery room, at nursery , in rooming-in Infant feeding: breast and artificial feeding, parenteral nutrition 2.
