The course is aimed at offering a knowledge of the Italian constitution, its evolution and its main reforms; the form of governement; law sources; constitutional institutions and functions; State and local governments; constitutional rights and duties

A text of your choice from the most recent editions of the following textbooks: F. POLITI, Diritto pubblico, Giappichelli, Turin, and C. PINELLI, Public Law, il Mulino, Bologna, Consultation of the Constitution and the fundamental laws of public law is also necessary for the preparation of the examination.
Frequency
ttendance at the course in person is not compulsory, but is strongly recommended. Remote attendance is normally only permitted for working students and students enrolled in the PA Training programme, Convention 110 and Honours
Exam mode
oral questioning on issues related to the examination programme
Lesson mode
The course is structured on face-to-face teaching, with constant stimulation of active student participation. Seminars will be held by scholars who have explored the various profiles covered by the course. Finally, students will be advised of scientific or cultural initiatives related to the topics addressed.
