PRIVATE LAW INSTITUTIONS
Course objectives
Inglese: The study of private law completes the basic legal knowledge about the fundamentals of private law, ie the set of rules that govern the relations between individuals and between private and public administration in cases where the latter acts iure privatorum. It regards the illustration of the Civil Code and of the principal complementary laws: family and inheritance law, property law, obligations, contracts, liability in tort, protection of rights.

Prerequisites
This is a course of the first year, no particular prerequisites are required.
