Law and Economics of Real Estate

The course aims to train students to understand the public regulation of economic phenomena. Furthermore, the dynamics of administrative procedures will be analysed, from the point of view of competences, procedures, participation, responsibilities and controls. The models of administrative organization will be explored in the light of the processes of digitization of functions and simplification
