Prerequisites
The examinations required to perform the exam correctly are geometry analysis and physics.
In order to perform the geodetic survey examination, it is in any case necessary to have
a good command of some basic mathematics topics, such as matrix products and calculation of the
derivates.
Teaching mode
The examination consists of a written test (marked out of 30 points) aimed at assessing the ability to revise concepts and an oral test (marked out of 30 points) aimed at assessing communication and argumentation skills. The final mark is the average of the two marks. The written test must achieve at least a pass mark, otherwise it must be repeated.
The written test consists of numerical exercises and theory questions. theory questions; the theory questions will be included in the written test as open-ended questions; the student's ability to revise the material will be assessed.
student's ability to revise the material available on the elearning.uniroma1.it website will be a fundamental element for the assessment of the question.
Each single exercise or theory question will have a score varying between 12/30 and 18/30.
The profit exam (written test lasting 90 minutes) can be taken in the same session as the oral test or the oral test can be taken in a subsequent call.
Frequency
Students are free to attend or prepare on the material made available on the course web page hosted by elearning.uniroma1.it.
The programme and examination procedures are the same for both students and non-attending students.
Exam mode
In the written test, a series of questions (usually two) are asked for each exercise (usually about ten). Each question is given a predetermined mark, the sum of which is 30. An unsatisfactory written test must be repeated. The oral test generally consists of three questions on three different subjects. Each of the questions is worth ten points but on each question a basic competence on the subject must be demonstrated otherwise the oral test must be repeated. If both tests are separate, the final mark is the average of the two marks.
