This program provides an integrated overview of key topics related to the sustainability of transport systems, exploring concepts, policies, innovations, and planning tools. The goal is to offer a critical and up-to-date perspective on the challenges and opportunities for achieving more sustainable, equitable, and efficient mobility. Index of topics - Sustainability of transport systems. The concept of sustainability and sustainable mobility. The eight sustainability goals. Indicators for measuring the sustainability of a transport system: state, policy and sustainability indicators. Comparisons between cities: in Italy, in Europe, in the world. The 10 myths about car dependence. - Transport policies for sustainable mobility. Land-use and pricing policies and potential impacts on transport demand, safety, environment, society, territory. Other transport policy categories. International databases. - Innovation and future trends. Electric mobility, sharing mobility, connected and automated mobility. - Transport planning tools.
