Hematological Emergency Management
• Immune and non-immune hemolytic crises
• Severe hyporegenerative thrombocytopenia
• Thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura (TTP)
• Heparin-induced thrombocytopenia (HIT)
• Severe autoimmune thrombocytopenias with risk of hemorrhage
• Disseminated intravascular coagulation (DIC/DIC)
• Hemorrhagic events in hemophilia, von Willebrand disease, and other rare congenital coagulopathies
• Hemorrhagic events in congenital platelet disorders
• Hemorrhagic events in acquired coagulopathies (e.g., acquired hemophilia) and acquired platelet disorders
