Course program
The workshop is structured in a modular format, alternating theoretical sessions with guided practice. Teaching units: 1. Introduction to pedagogical supervision o Definition, purposes, and functions of supervision o Supervision as a training and safeguarding tool (impact on well-being and professional competences) 2. Types of supervision and regulatory references o Exploring different types (individual, group, team), forms (internal, external), and methods (case analysis, process analysis, cross-cutting themes in professional practice) o Supervision within the framework of LEPS and the 2024 Law 3. Methodologies for conducting supervision groups o Tools and techniques o Observation, active listening, reflective questioning o Simulations and role-playing 4. Practical workshop on facilitation o Simulated facilitation experiences o Case analysis, feedback, and debriefing 5. Designing a supervision pathway (final project) o Conception and development of a personalized project
Prerequisites
It is useful for the student to have basic knowledge in the following areas: • Theories of learning and training. • Fundamentals of general and social pedagogy. • Notions of professional ethics for the educator/pedagogue.

Frequency
Compulsory attendance: Attendance at least 75% of the scheduled hours is required. Method of recording attendance: signing in and out.

Assessment methods: • Active and reflective participation in the workshop (40%) • Simulated facilitation of a supervision session, with evaluation of methodological consistency and communication skills (30%) • Individual written project: design of a supervision pathway (30%) Examination format: oral tests, practical exercises, and written report.
