Books
Silverstein,Webster, Kiemle: “Identificazione spettrometrica di composti organici”, CEA edizioni. 3a edizione
Field, Sternhell, Kalman: “Organic Structures from Spectra”, Wiley ed. 5ft edition
Frequency
Lessons will be held in classroom. Participation is not mandatory.
Exam mode
The examination consists in the identification of the structure of an organic compund on the basis of its IR, EI-MS and proton and carbon NMR spectra justifying the analytic procedure followed.
Lesson mode
Explanation of the arguments by using slides. Students participation will be encouraged by questions and observations. Exercises will be carried out with students' contribution.
