Course program
Prof. Gianluca Senatore (Module 3 CFU) SUSTAINABILITY AND MODERNITY The program of this part will focus on the relationship between sustainability and modernity, referring to transformative processes in social relations, including in public administrations. It will start from the principle of responsibility and the anthropocentric and deterministic view of humans in contemporary societies, leading to the crisis of modernity and environmental crises. Through some reference authors, it will analyze how the evolutions of modernity's crises escape rational calculation and why there is a need to define new conflicting semantics that represent the modernization of modernity.
