Prerequisites
There are no propaedeuticities. However, it is recommended to have taken Institutions of Private Law and Institutions of Public Law.

Testi consigliati: 1) M. Clarich, Manuale di diritto amministrativo, Bologna, il Mulino, V ed., 2022, all chapters except Cap. XIV. 2) G. Fidone – public contract law handouts (will be available on the docent's profile ). 3) Legge 7 agosto 1990, 241 sul procedimento amministrativo (updated version to download on www.normattiva.it ). 4) For attending students, any other materials discussed in class will be available on the lecturer's profile.
Frequency
Attendance is free. A midterm may be scheduled for attending students.
Exam mode
Students will be evaluated through an oral examination at the end of the course. For the purpose of evaluation, attendance and active participation in the classroom will be taken into account. A midterm may be scheduled for attending students, as will be agreed upon in class.
Lesson mode
Teaching is face-to-face and in-presence. Only students under the PA 110 e laude convention will be able to take classes remotely (exams and any midterm tests for attending students will still be taken in presence).
