Course program
This is an undergraduate course that deals with the figures of the general part of the criminal law system, and the main figures of the offences of public officials against public administration.

Exam mode
The test is aimed at evaluating the learning and the processing ability of the topics covered during the Course.
The examination will be conducted following these criteria: knowledge of the principles and institutes, expository clarity, adequate language skills, effective exposition supported by valid and legally correct arguments, ability to summarize.
To pass the exam it is necessary to achieve a grade of not less than 18/30.
The student must demonstrate that he has acquired sufficient knowledge of the topics covered and that he is able to explain them with language properties and the ability to make connections.
To achieve a grade of 30/30 cum laude, the student must demonstrate that he has acquired an excellent knowledge of all the topics covered during the Course, being able to connect them in a logical and coherent way.
